Coastline - Offshore

The Spalted Maple really shines on this simple, yet stunning "surfboard". Strips were cut down on my table saw and cut on angles with my mitre saw and placed in a beautiful geometric mosaic pattern. Oil was applied to seal it and to help the stunning grain really 'pop'. This piece can be hung horizontally or vertically and comes complete with a hanger on the back.
