Coastline - Whimsical Fungi

Solid maple in a vertical shiplap pattern make up this beautiful backer. It is framed in solid oiled walnut with an inner double frame with white acrylic splines to reinforce the mitered corners. These fungi were cut and shaped by hand and spray painted with varying shades of nude and brown. Lace fabric was used to create the pattern on the mushroom caps by spraying white spray paint through it. It is finished in a satin top coat to stand the test of time and comes complete with a hanger on the back for easy hanging.
