When are your N A T U R A collection pieces going to be available?
Saturday, November 30th 10am PST.
Where can I find prices for N A T U R A?
The full collection (along with apparel and accessories) previews 1 week ahead of launch along with their prices & dimensions. The collection will not go live for sale until Nov 30th.
Will there be more than one of each piece available?
No, each piece is an original so there will be no duplicates.
Can I preorder a N A T U R A piece?
These pieces will be first come first serve, meaning pre-order will not be available.
If I miss out on getting the piece I want, can I order a custom piece like it?
If you had your heart set on a piece and it sells before you're able to purchase - please send me an email and we can discuss possibly recreating it. However, the custom piece must be different than the first to keep the first piece, an original & one-of-a-kind piece.
How long will N A T U R A apparel/merchandise be available?
We haven't fully committed to a timeline for N A T U R A apparel and accessories--Depending on the collection's popularity, we may consider keeping this collection up longer than previous ones.
Will you be selling prints of any N A T U R A pieces?
YES! Not all pieces can or will be made into prints, but we will definitely have some to choose from!
NOTE: We will NOT be selling framed prints, the poster prints will be shipped rolled in a packing tube.
Do you have payment plans available?
We have a payment option set up via Sezzle so you can split your order into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks.
Orders, Pick-Up + Shipping
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation with an Order Number ID.
When can I expect my order?
Order preparation and fulfillment can take anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on if an item is ready-to-ship or a pre-order item.
Depending on the shipping destination, shipping can take anywhere from 1-6* business days.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada and the United States at this time.
Do you offer local pick-up?
We do! Select "Local Pick-Up" when checking out; when the item is ready for pick-up, you'll receive an email with the specific details for picking up locally on Vancouver Island, BC.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently, we work with Shopify Shipping and Canada Post to offer competitive shipping rates across Canada and the US. Shipping is based on the weight, volume, and number of packages that have been ordered.

Why is my order separated into multiple packages?
Depending on the number of items in an order and the size and nature of the items ordered, we may have to break up the order into more than one package.
Returns + Exchanges
Can I return my order?
All orders are final sale - we are unable to process returns at this time.

What should I do if an item is received damaged or broken in transit?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any damage question or issue at support@wildwood-creative.com.
