Gary Oak hardwood makes up this diamond backer. Cut into flared strips behind the mountain range to mimic a sunrise or sunset. A walnut frame sits inside the outer Gary Oak frame to add an element of contrast. The mountains and trees are cut by hand and shaped using my rotary tool. Varying shades of grey & white make up the mountains to achieve the look of shadows & snow drifts we often see on our PNW mountain ranges. Dark green evergreen trees pop in from the sides to add some extra texture & interest to this piece.
It comes complete with a cleat hanger for easy hanging.
